Assistant Sales Manager
Structure Health & Fitness is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in sales and lead conversion, and a target-driven mindset. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving membership sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the Sales Manager in achieving business goals. You will also work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and foster a high-energy, performance-based environment.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Conversion:
- Actively engage with walk-in prospects, inquiries, and leads to convert them into paying members.
- Follow up on potential leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fitness services, packages, and promotions.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making strategic adjustments as needed.
- Team Collaboration:
- Support and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff when necessary.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Address client concerns and provide timely solutions to maintain satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client information, and performance reports.
- Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager and upper management.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on fitness industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Suggest new strategies or offers to improve sales and customer engagement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
