Fitness Trainer ( Male or Female )
Structure Health & Fitness is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating customized fitness plans, guiding clients in proper exercise techniques, and inspiring members to lead healthier lifestyles. The Fitness Trainer should be passionate about health and wellness, capable of working with diverse fitness levels, and focused on delivering results through expert guidance and motivation. You will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals while upholding the premium standards of our fitness facility.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Personal & Group Training:
- Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions tailored to client goals and fitness levels.
- Develop personalized fitness programs based on assessments, goals, and progress tracking.
- Exercise Demonstration & Instruction:
- Demonstrate and guide clients through proper techniques for cardio, strength, flexibility, and functional exercises.
- Monitor form and performance to ensure safety and effectiveness during workouts.
- Client Assessment & Progress Tracking:
- Perform initial fitness assessments and track clients’ progress through regular evaluations.
- Modify workout plans based on performance and evolving client needs.
- Motivation & Member Support:
- Motivate and encourage members to achieve fitness goals and maintain consistency.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication and feedback.
- Health & Safety:
- Ensure all workouts and equipment usage follow safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor and workout zones.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other trainers, nutritionists, and facility staff to create a holistic wellness environment.
- Participate in workshops, events, or fitness challenges hosted by the gym.
Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, ISSA, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent).
1–3 years of experience in a gym or health club setting (preferred).
Strong understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition basics, and fitness programming.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
High energy, professional attitude, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Ability to adapt workouts for all fitness levels and special populations.
CPR and First Aid certification (required).
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
