Ali Hamza first got into Crossfit in 2015 as a member of Crossfit Youth and became an overnight addict, not only to the results of the workouts but to the community of people.
In his quest to become a better coach, Liam went on several different courses to improve his knowledge in the different areas of Resistance training, Cross fit, TRX, Nutrition Guidance, Injury Rehabilitation, and Functional training.
