Yasin Imad first got into Crossfit in 2015 as a member of Crossfit Youth and became an overnight addict, not only to the results of the workouts but to the community of people.
In his quest to become a better coach, Yasin Imad went on several different courses to improve his knowledge in the different areas of Weight/fat loss, Body composition, Weight lifting, Kickboxing, Educating in healthy lifestyle change, Functional Training, and Nutrition plan.
