Train Today For The Body You Want At 60.

The Longevity Floor brings training, recovery and long-term health together under one roof. Led by an in-house physician and Anthony McGarr, a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with 30 years of experience across the NHL, CFL, MLS and NFL, it is designed for people who want to keep performing as training and daily demands increase.

Train hard, recover properly, and keep your body performing well for as long as possible.

Lifespan Is a Number. Healthspan Is Whether You Enjoy It.

You can reach 70 in a hospital bed or on a hiking trail. Both are long lives, but the quality of those years can be very different.

Healthspan refers to the years you remain healthy, strong, mobile and mentally sharp. Protecting it starts with consistent training, nutrition, recovery, sleep and preventive health.

Built on Medical Expertise and 30 Years of Pro Sports Experience.

In-House Physician

Every member starts with an assessment by our in-house MBBS doctor. He reviews your health, identifies areas that need attention and develops a preventive health plan around your needs.

Regular follow-ups track your health and progress, with relevant lab results reviewed when required.

Anthony McGarr, Longevity Training Director

Anthony has spent 30 years in strength and conditioning across the NHL, CFL, MLS and NFL, including years working alongside Sidney Crosby. He has long used EMG to study muscle activation and guide athlete training.

At 64, Anthony continues to train and compete in Men’s Physique, applying the same principles of strength, muscle, movement and long-term performance that guide the Longevity Floor.

Nutrition Built Around Your Goals and Your Lifestyle

Nutrition Consultation

Your nutrition plan begins with your goal, whether that is fat loss, muscle gain, better health or improved performance.

Our nutritionist reviews your diet, routine and lifestyle before creating a plan you can realistically follow. It may include calorie and macronutrient targets, micronutrient planning, supplement guidance and adjustments as you progress.

Advanced Recovery Technology Under One Roof

Cold Plunge

Cold immersion has long been used in professional sport to support recovery after demanding training and competition. A short cold plunge can help manage post-training soreness and fatigue while challenging you to control your breathing as your body adapts to the cold.

Our team guides you on the right duration, temperature and timing within your training schedule.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas use infrared energy to heat the body directly at lower temperatures than many traditional saunas. This can make longer sessions more comfortable and provides a relaxing way to add heat exposure to your recovery routine.

Sessions are planned around your training schedule and individual tolerance.

Sun Lamp Therapy

Many people move from home to car, office and gym with little natural light exposure. Our sun lamp provides controlled light exposure as part of a broader routine focused on sleep, energy and circadian health

Red Light Therapy

Red and near-infrared light are used in health, wellness and sports recovery settings to support cellular function, skin health and muscle recovery. Sessions are short and easy to fit around training.

Vibration Therapy

The vibration plate can support muscle activation, mobility and recovery. It can be used during a warm-up, cool-down or dedicated recovery session, with guidance from our trainers on the movements and settings suited to your goals.

Grounding

The grounding station offers a quiet place to slow down after training or during a dedicated recovery session. It complements the gentler recovery options on the Longevity Floor.

Training That's Built to Outlast a Training Cycle

A good training program should deliver results over the next 8 or 12 weeks while preparing your body to perform well for years.

Anthony’s professional sports experience shapes our approach. Where appropriate, EMG assessment examines muscle activation and highlights areas that need attention. The team then builds your training around strength, mobility, posture, movement quality and individual weaknesses.

Your program adjusts as your performance, recovery and goals change, helping you stay strong and active beyond the current training cycle.
